45/5' 9"/215lbs...nothing fits....going to the gym for the first time in forever today to avoid buying pants the next size up...and feel better about myself.

Was hoping to be the first bigger guy to post here, but by the time I got around to taking some pics I'd been beaten to it. Oh well, here are some shots anyways.
[18 M] 5'6 127 lbs. I've recently gained 10 pounds and I'm not liking my body. I know it's not healthy, but I really want the weight gain I've resorted to severely under eating to try to lose the weight.
[M/20/5'9/170] I've gained more weight than I am comfortable with abroad this summer but am trying to make the best of it. (aka bulk. kek) What do you think?
M/20/5'8/160 lbs. After almost a year of getting serious at the gym and eating correctly I am down 35 lbs. However, I still insecure around others and don't seem contempt. Seems like there's needs to be a lot of work to be done.
25 M 5'9" 130lb. Making an effort to improve my self confidence and body image. Hoping to gain some agency in my sexuality. Kinda self conscious over being uncircumcised as well as my duplicate urethra.
Just had a nasty breakup. (M)y ex went and told everyone including friends that my penis is way below average. Killing my barely existing body confidence (sorry if it's sexual)
